Tradeshow Necessities Series: Week 1 – Tables and Backdrops

Updated: Jul 16, 2020

Grabbing attention at a tradeshow is difficult because space is limited. Our 3-week tradeshow necessities blog series will help you come up with some creative ways to maximize the space you do have and get people to your booth so you can WOW them with your products and services.

Here are a few things to consider helping yourself stand out from the crowd:

Table throws

Many people understand that the first step in catching someone’s eye is using your own table throw instead of the stock throw provided to you. Using a full color imprint on the throw will help your table be highly impactful as event attendees are scanning through the rows of tables and booths.

Full color spandex

Why not go a step past a full color logo? These form fitting table covers offer a full bleed which gives a vibrant, modern look and still allow for the ease of under-table storage. There are spandex options for all different table sizes and shapes.

Backdrops

Once your table stands out, it’s time to think about the backdrop you have. Of course, there’s usually pipe-and-draping, but why not catch attendees’ attention more easily with a backdrop that stands tall and is seen easily from a distance. This backdrop stands 8’ tall and is in full-color, capturing the attention of anyone who can see it. It’s also retractable for easy set-up and transport.

Table Top Displays

Now that you’ve set the scene and caught the attention of event attendees, it’s time to focus on what is on your table. Using a table top display to share information about your company or product is standard. But using something like this table top display (shown – top), which includes an LED light to illuminate your full-color graphics, sets your display apart from the rest. Also consider a GeoMetric style display (also shown – bottom). This easy “pop-up and down” table top display is full-color and allows you to maximize your graphics and message in a fun and dimensional way.
