Imagination is a very special place. It’s a place where magic happens every day, not just for our clients but also for our employees. Recently, our company was recognized as one of the best places to work in the promotional marketing industry. Number 13 to be exact. Out of all of the companies in our industry (thousands of companies!), we are number 13!!! Jan Nathanson and Becky Link, our fearless leaders, have poured their heart and soul into our company for going on 27 years and it shows.
“When Jan and I first started this adventure, we were just hanging on for dear life most days, so we were just working hard and having fun at the same time,” Becky told Counselor Magazine. “As we brought people on, I think we just wanted them to have fun along with us.”
And boy do we have fun!! Recently, we’ve started an employee wellness program. We all wear Fitbits and we can challenge each other to see who gets the most steps in a week. We do yoga together in the office once a week. We LOVE eating together as an office and do so as often as we can. We handle rush projects, tough requests, busy seasons and dry seasons but at the end of the day we’re a family and we love working together.
