The holidays are fun and filled with joy, but can also be stressful! Like many of you, I travel to be with family for the holidays so it’s hard to offer my help with cooking or meal prep because most foods don’t travel well. A few weeks ago, my best friend showed me a simple and delicious solution to this problem! It’s originally a Kraft recipe for pumpkin dip, but she made it her own by adding some different spices. This recipe is so easy, transports well and doesn’t require a lot of time.
Required Ingredients:
1 can pumpkin
1 box Jell-O vanilla pudding mix
1 tub Cool Whip
1 tsp. pumpkin spice
Dash of cinnamon (suggested)
Dash of vanilla extract (suggested)
Mix the pumpkin puree, dry pudding mix and spices and use a whisk to blend it together. Once blended, stir the cool whip in, a little bit at a time. Refrigerate for 1 hour and enjoy.
My best friend serves this with cinnamon graham crackers, but you can pair it with so many other sweet treats – pick your favorite! Whip this dip up so you can stop stressing over what you’re bringing to your holiday dinner and enjoy your time with the family!
